摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antifungal agents in treating fungal keratitis. Methods Totally 106 patients with fungal keratitis in the hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,53 cases each. The control group adopted 5% Natamycin Eye Drops and 0. 2% Fluconazole Eye Drops for treatment, while on this basis the experimental group adopted oral Yupingfeng Powder and Yinhuatufuling Decoction,and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation eye treatment. The curative effect,vision,adverse reactions and cure time after 15 d treatment were evaluat-ed. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the curative effect,visual acuity and cure time ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The integrated tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine for treating fungal keratitis can obtain better curative effect,shorten the cure time and deserves to be promoted in clinic.关键词
