摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Coenzyme Q10 Tablets combined with Shengmaiyin for treating arrhythmia. Methods Totally 120 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional treatment combined with Shengmaiyin Injection 20 mL ﹢ 5 % glucose injec-tion 200 mL by intravenous drip,once per day,based on this the observation group was added with Coenzyme Q10 Tablets,20 mg each time,3 times daily. The two groups were continuously treated for 60 d. The clinical curative effect,ventricular premature beats and atrial premature beats,and adverse reactions occurrence were observed in the two grpups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 88. 33% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the frequency of ventricular prema-ture beats and atrial premature beats in the two groups were both improved,moreover the treatment group had much better effect than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statitical difference between the two groups ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 Tablets combined with Shengmaiyin in the treatment of arrhythmia has better effect,and is worthy of clini-cal promotion.关键词
