Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and nursing experience of atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with nursing intervention in treating children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD ) . Methods 183 children with ADHD were randomly divided into the control group ( 92 cases ) and the observation group ( 91 cases ) . The control group was treated by the conventional therapy of atomox-etine hydrochloride, while on this basis the observation group was added with nursing intervention. The changes and Conners scale and indexes in the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test ( WCST ) before and after treatment, and the differences in each index between the two groups were observed in the two groups. Results The various indexes in these two scales before treatment had no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05), the score in various indexes of the Conners scale after treatment were significantly decreased with statistical difference ( P < 0. 05 ); in which the decrease of hyperactivity index, impulsivity and hyperactivity and psychosomatic disorder problem index had no statistical differences between the observation group and the control group ( P > 0. 05 ) , but the decrease in the learning problem, conduct problems and anxiety indexes in the observation group was more significant compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . At the same time, compared with the indexes of WCST , the control group and the observation group all were improved after treatment, but in which the improvement in the two indexes of completing classification number and persistent response number after treatment in the observation group was more obviously compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) , the other indexes of error response number, conceptualization level and persistent er-ror number after treatment had no statistically significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Atomoxetine hy-drochloride combined with nursing intervention is definitely effective in treating ADHD and significantly better than pure medication therapy.关键词
