摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Suppository combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) in the treatment of human papillomavirus(HPV) subclinical infection. Methods Totally 124 patients with cervical HPV subclinical infection admitted to the hospital from June to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,62 cases in each group. The control group was given Recombinant Hu-man Interferon α-2b Suppository by vaginal tract placing,one suppository each time,once every other day,for continuous 15 times;on this basis the treatment group was added with ALA- PDT. The curative effects were observed and recorded in both groups. The changes of serum TNF-α and IL-6 concentrations before and after treatment were detected and recorded in both groups. The HPV negative conversion situation after 3-,6-,12-month therapy was followed up. The occurrence situation of adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 96. 77%,which was significantly higher than 87. 10% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the TNF-α concentration after treatment in both groups was significantly de-creased compared with before treatment,moreover the decrease amplitude in the treatment group was more significant( P < 0. 05),the IL-6 concentration after treatment in both groups was significantly increased compared with before treatment,moreover the increase am-plitude in the treatment group was more significant( P < 0. 05);the overall HPV negative conversion rate after 12-month follow up in the treatment group was 98. 39%,which was significantly higher than 90. 32% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the incidence rate of ad-verse reactions during the treatment process in both groups was lower without statistical difference between the two groups( P ? 0. 05). Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Suppository combined with ALA-PDT has reliable effect in the treatment of cervi-cal HPV subclinical infection,can improve the immune situation,raises the HPV negative conversion rate,has few adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
