比索洛尔联合音乐疗法对原发性高血压患者静息心率及交感神经活性的影响OA
Effect of Bisoprolol Combined with Music Therapy for Stabilizing Resting Heart Rate and Sympathetic Nerve Activity in Essential Hypertension Patients
目的：观察比索洛尔联合音乐疗法稳定原发性高血压患者静息心率及交感神经活性的效果。方法将186例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组、观察1组和观察2组，各62例。对照组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察1组患者在对照组基础上加用比索洛尔，观察2组患者在观察组1基础上联合音乐疗法，疗程均为30 d。结果3组患者收缩压及舒张压均明显降低（ P<0.05），组间比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ？0.05）。对照组患者静息心率较治疗前下降不明显（ P ？0…查看全部>>
