摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Runing Oral Liquid in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats. Methods The rat model of hyperplasia of mammary glands s was established. The behavioral changes, mammary tissue and levels of serum hormones in rats were observed after administration of Runing Oral Liquid [0. 5, 2. 5, 5. 0 mL/ (kg·d) ] by gavage. Results The low-, medium-, high-dose of Runing Oral Liquid could remarkably improve the behavioral abnormality, breast status and levels of serum estradiol ( E2 ) , progesterone ( P ) and prolactin ( PRL ) in rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands ( P ﹤ 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Runing Oral Liquid has certain therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands.关键词
