摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of different doses of atorvastatin in treating hypertension complicating hyperlipidemia. Methods 132 cases of hypertension complicating hyperlipidemia were selected and equally divided into low, middle and high doses groups accord-ing to atorvastatin doses, 44 cases in each group. The clinical blood pressure levels, blood lipid levels and vascular endothelial function improvement situation before and after treatment were compared among 3 groups. Results The control rates of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and blood pressure, and the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein choles-terol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels after treatment in the high dose group were significantly better than those in the low dose group and the middle dose group;the von Willebrand factor of the endothelial function and NO level after treatment in the high dose group was ( 159. 64 0 53. 65 )% and ( 95. 95 0 32. 31 )μg/mL respectively, which were significantly superior to ( 168. 16 0 58. 05 )% and ( 84. 99 0 24. 67 )μg/mL in the low dose group, and ( 162. 27 0 53. 82 ) × 10-2 and ( 92. 56 0 30. 52 )μg/mL in the mid-dle dose group, the differences had statistical significance ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion High dose atorvastatin has significant effect in the treatment of hypertension complicating hyperlipidemia and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.关键词
