参芎葡萄糖注射液中总酚酸含量测定方法研究
Study on Measurement Method of Total Phenolic Acid Content in Shenxiong Glucose Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic acid in Shenxiong Glucose Injection. Methods The UV spectrophotometry was adopted with protocatechuic aldehyde as the reference substance, the total phenolic content in Shenxiong Glu-cose Injection was measured. Results The mass concentration of total phenolic acids in the range of 0. 008-0. 030 g/L demonstrated the good linear relation with the absorbance, A=31. 541 04 C-0. 103 97, r=0. 999 6 ( n=5 ) , the average recovery rate was 103. 61% , RSD=4. 85% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used as the quality control method of Shenxiong Glucose Injection.关键词
