摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the rationality of intravenous pumping drug administration mode in optimization of medication regi-men based on 1 critical patient with gastric cancer. Methods By retrieving the related literature data and closely combining with 1 critical patient with advanced gastric cancer, the rationality and clinical significance of intravenous pumping drug administration were an-alyzed. Results For the critical patient with advanced gastric cancer, intravenous pumping drug administration could control the speed of drug delivery, keep the stable blood drug concentration, restrict fluid intake and prolong the time of minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MIC ) of time-dependent antimicrobial agents. Conclusion The rational drug delivery way should be selected by combining with the disease condition of the critical patients and drug properties, the intravenous pumping drug administration mode plays an important role in the optimization of drug dosage regimen.关键词
