Abstract
Objective To explore the content and pattern of clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical care for the patients with pregnancy complicating hepatitis B. Methods By analyzing the drug therapy in 1 case of pregnancy complicating hepatitis B, it was introduced that the clinical pharmacists assisted physicians and nurses to complete the formulation of therapy regimen, implement the individualized medication supervision as well as the patients medication education and communication. Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacists take the pregnancy medication safety and drug choice as the breakthrough point and implement the pharmaceutical care. The implementation of pharmaceutical care in patients with pregnancy complicating hepatitis B can optimize the therapeutical regi-men, reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions, and increases the safety and effectiveness of drug therapy and avoids the potential medical disputes through the active communication with patients, medication and education.关键词
