Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical application situation of cephalosporins in our hospital to provide reference for their rational use in clinic. Methods The defined daily dose ( DDD ) analysis method was adopted to conduct the statistical analysis on the data of the varieties, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. of cephalosporins in our hospital during 2011-2013. Results The consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of cephalosporins showed the upward trend year by year, in which the third generation cephalosporins occupied a dominant place in clinical treatment. Conclusion The consumption sum of the third generation cepnalosporin has increased sharply. The measures should be adopted to prevent the abuse of cephalosporins for reducing the occurrence of bacterial drug resistance.关键词
