阿替普酶联合他汀类药物治疗急性缺血性脑卒中60例临床评价
Clinical Evaluation of rtPA Combined with Statin Drugs for Treating Acute Ischemic Stroke in 60 Cases

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator ( rtPA ) combined with statin drugs on the vascular recanalization and prognosis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 120 cases of acute ischemic stroke within 4. 5 h after onset were divided into two groups by adopting the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablet, while on this basis the ezperimental group was combined with rtPA. The clinical effects after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the ezperimental group was 96. 67%, which was significantly higher than 70. 00% in the control group, the TC level and LDL-C level in the ezperimental group were ( 3. 66 ± 1. 78 ) mmol/L and (3. 18 ± 1. 46)mmol/L respectively, which were significantly lower than(5. 54 ± 1. 79)mmol/L and (3. 39 ± 1. 74)mmol/L in the control group, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS ) score after treatment in the ezperi-mental group was ( 19. 0 ± 6. 31 ) points for 1 h, ( 15. 3 ± 5. 29 ) points for 24 h, ( 9. 6 ± 3. 01 ) points for 3 d, ( 4. 0 ± 1. 76 ) points for 1 week and ( 1. 8 ± 0. 36 ) points for 2 weeks, all were more significant than those in the control group, which were ( 23. 0 ± 6. 65 ) points, ( 17. 4 ± 5. 31 ) points, ( 15. 0 ± 4. 45 ) points, ( 9. 0 ± 3. 55 ) points and ( 5. 6 ± 2. 12 ) points ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion rtPA combined with statin drugs in treating acute ischemic stroke has a good therapeutic effect, can significantly decrease the blood lipids and protect the nervous system function.关键词
