Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of fudosteine combined with new back percussion method on ezpectoration in the patients with acute ezacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods Totally 117 patients with AECOPD were random-ly divided into the control group,observation group 1 and 2,39 cases in each group. The control group took the routine treatment,while on this basis the observation group 1 was added with fudosteine and the observation group 2 was combined with new back percussion method on the basis of the observation group 1. Results The total effective rate in the observation group 2 was 76. 92%,which was significantly higher than 64. 10% and 66. 67% in the control group and the observation group 1,while which had no statistical differ-ence between the control group and the observation group 1( P < 0. 05). The symptom integral after treatment in 3 groups was signifi-cantly improved( P < 0. 05). But the observation group 1 and 2 were significantly superior to the control group in improving the char-acter of sputum and ezpectoration difficulty degree ,moreover which in the observation group 2 were more significant( P <0. 05);compared with the control group,the sputum volume,cough symptoms and pulmonary rales in the observation group 2 were significantly improved( P < 0. 05 ),whereas which had no statistically significant differences between the observation group 1 and the control group( P > 0. 05 );the occurrence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment course had no statistically significant difference among 3 groups( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Fudosteine combined with new back percussion method can significantly pro-mote ezpectoration of the patients with AECOPD and has good safety.关键词
