Abstract
Objective To study the influence of the cyclosporin A(CsA)combined regimen on Fas ezpression of marrow cells and apop-tosis rate of mononuclear cell(MNC)in the patients with aplastic anemia(AA). Methods Totally 48 patients with AA admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 were selected and divided into the severe AA group(SAA,24 cases) and the chronic AA group (CAA,24 cases). The two groups were treated with the routine therapy of testosterone undecanoate,human immunoglobulin ( pH4 ) for intravenous injection and CsA,while the SAA group was added with anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin (ATG). Results The total effective rate was 66. 67% in the SAA group and 87. 50% in the CAA group without statistically significant difference between them( P > 0. 05);which the remission rate in the SAA group was significantly lower than the CAA group ( P < 0. 05 ) . the CD34 + Fas+ cell percentage before treatment had no satistical difference between the two grous ( P > 0. 05 ) ,however which after treatment in the SAA group was significantly higher than that in the CAA group ( P < 0. 05 ). The apoptosis rate of MNC after treatment in the SAA group was (2. 92 ± 1. 20)% ,and the CAA groups was (2. 27 ± 0. 74)% ,which were significantly lower than ( 6. 46 ± 2. 17 )% before treatment,and ( 2. 92 ± 1. 20 )% after treatment in the CAA group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The abnormal ez-pression of cellular Fas has some relation with the AA onset. The CsA combined regimen can significantly reduce the apoptosis rate of bone marrow MNC.关键词
