摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Niaoduqing on calcium phosphorus metabolism and parathyroid hormone(PTH) in hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods Totally 68 hemodialysis patients with uremia in the nephrology department admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random double-blind method,33 cases in each group. The treatment group was simultaneously given oral Niao-duqing during conventional hemodialysis,while the control group was given hemodialysis alone. Results The concentrations of serum phosphorus and PTH after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05),the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Adding Niaoduqing on the basis of hemodialysis for the uremic patients can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
