摘要
Abstract
Ecological compensation mainly is to take advantage of government control and economic means to protect the ecological environment, the purpose is to be able to adjust the ecological use between different stakeholders on each link of the economic interests of the gain and loss, and can reasonable use and the use of natural environment and resources, in order to achieve economic and social development and ecological environment protection in China are purpose of winning. At present, the work of our country has been into a lot of beneficial attempt, but hasn't been able to form multi-level multi-type ecological compensation system. Article briefly reviews the theory of ecological compensation mechanism research progress, and lists some cases of ecological compensation mechanism in our country;the main problems existing in the ecological compensation policy practice in our country are reviewed. The main problems are the imperfect legal system and market mechanism.关键词
