渔业企业研发人员人力资本投资风险模糊综合评价
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for human capital investment risk about researchers in fishery enterprise
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of literature analysis and experts’ brain-storming, the evaluation index system of human capital investment risk about researchers in fishery enterprise is constructed. The index system includes 5 first-class indexes and 15 second-class indexes. Analytical hierarchy process is used to assign the weight of each index. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human capital investment risk about researchers in fishery enterprise is established. Taking some fishery enterprise in Shandong as an example, an empirical analysis is carried out to test the model.关键词
