摘要
Abstract
Chronic venous leg ulcer(CVLU) is the most severe and intractable complications of chronic lower limb venous insufficiency(CVI),persistent hypertension of the venous system is the characteristic of CVLU,the main clinical manifestations are ulceration and ache of lower limbs,and always accompanied by varicose veins of lower extremity and pigmentation and so on.It often occurs in the medial of lower legs, lateral malleolus and dorsum pedis. Single or multiple,after a long time will not heal or recurrent.The disease causes great influence on the work and life of patients,even make the patients disabled.The disease can cause great influence to the health of patients,and will reduce the patient's quality of life.It becomes a thorny problem in clinical practice because of its high incidence, refractory and high recurrence rate. The causes of various interpretations and theory, has not been completely unified, people have proposed many different interpretations and theory,this article reviews the progress in the etiology of CVLU in recent years.关键词
