诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞检查在支气管哮喘患者管理中的应用价值
An analysis on the application value of the examination of eosinophilic granulocyte in induced sputum in the management of patients with bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of the examination of eosinophilic granulocyte(EOS) in induced sputum in the management of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to pneumology department in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected. After the treatment, based on the asthma control test and pulmonary functions of global initiative for asthma, all patients reached the standard of drug withdrawal. At the meantime, patients received the examination of EOS in induced sputum, and were assigned to observation group(EOS>1%, 50 patients) and control group(EOS<1%, 40 patients). After four-week follow-up visit, the results of asthma control test and indices of pulmonary functions were compared between the two groups. Results Up-to-standard rate in the asthma control test and the indices of pulmonary functions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion EOS is the main inflammatory cells causing asthma, and EOS in induced sputum can be considered as an important index of illness monitoring for patients with bronchial asthma.关键词
