Abstract
Objective To discuss the recent clinical efficacy of oral administration of loratadine combined with external application of compound flumethasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group(oral administration of Claritin tablets 10mg once/day and external application of Aoshen ointment) and the control group(simple external application of Aoshen ointment).The treatment course was 4 weeks. The post-medication clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results In the treatment group,8 patients recovered,with a recovery rate of 24.2%,and 17 patients were effective,with a total effective rate of 51.5%.In the control group,2 patients recovered,with a recovery rate of 6.1%,and 10 patients were effective,with a total effective rate of 30.3%.The two groups had statistically different clinical efficacy(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of loratadine combined with external application of compound flumethasone ointment shows better recent efficacy and less side effect than simple external application of compound flumethasone ointment and therefore is a good treatment method for chronic eczema.关键词
