摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the relevance between blood lipid test and cardiovascular disease. Methods 68 cases of patients admitted cardiovascular disease in our hospital as observation group,and selected 72 healthy people as control group. The levels of test lipid indicators TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA1and APOB in the serum. Results The observation group TC, TG, LDL-C and APOB were higher than the control group(P < 0.05); HDL-C and APOAl were lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion There is confidential relevance between blood lipid levels and cardiovascular disease; therefore blood test help diagnose cardiovascular disease,it has important clinical significance.关键词
