Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the curative effects and safety of continuous blood purification for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 70 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to September 2013 were selected as subjects and assigned to two groups. The control group received a regular clinical treatment, while the experimental group received a sequential therapy of HP and CVVH. Different indices such as hypoxemia, respiratory failure, organ injuries, mortality rate and patients' serum SOD between the two groups were observed and compared during treatments. Results Incidences of hypoxemia, respiratory failure and organ injuries in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the mortality rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of serum hs-CRP in the experimental group after the treatment became lower and the cholinesterase activity was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has favorable effects of reducing patients' mortality and alleviating patient's injuries.关键词
