老年糖尿病患者骨密度的变化及其相关因素研究
Bone density and its related factors in elderly patients with diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluatee the change of bone density and its related factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 72 cases of type 2 diabetes and 60 cases of healthy elderly people were selected during March 2010 to March 2012. By detecting bone metabolism, bone density in two groups, the incidence of osteoporosis were assessed, while its correlation analysis between bone metabolism and bone density was analyzed. Results The level of BGP in patients with type 2 diabetes decreased significantly, and the level of PTH and DPD were significantly increased, serum phosphate concentration also elevated. Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in bone metabolic abnormalities, BGP is on the decline, PTH, DPD, blood phosphorus concentration increased. Conclusion Bone density of elderly patients with type 2diabetes decreased, the incidence of osteoporosis increased and that was associated with the changes of bone metabolism in patients.关键词
