老年非小细胞肺癌外科治疗80例临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of surgical treatment for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected and their admission data were analyzed. They were assigned to two groups based on patients' treatment dates(odd or even number of dates),with 40 patients in each group. The control group received western medicine,while the experimental group received surgery based on western medicine. Clinical curative effects and other indices were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate in the experimental group was 95%,higher than that of 85% in the control group; 38 patients in the experimental group showed their satisfaction to the curative effects in our hospital,and the satisfaction rate of 95% was higher than that in the control group,one-year survival rate in the experimental group was 45%,and long-term survival rate for 15 patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically,the curative effects of surgery on elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer are obvious,and complications after the treatment are rare. The surgery effectively alleviates patients' pains,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
