Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive therapy for severe pancreatitis. Methods Sixty patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received surgical treatment and the observation group received comprehensive treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was higher than the 73.3% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Early correct diagnosis, valuing comprehensive treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, adjusting treatment strategies according to the illness particularity and stage, and developing individualized treatment plan is the key to the successful treatment of severe pancreatitis.关键词
