Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation and plates internal fixation for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture. Methods Clinical data of 50cases with unstable distal radius fracture were analyzed. 24 cases were treated by Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation, and 26 cases were treated by plates internal fixation. Clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results After operation, wrist joint activity and excellent fracture healing rates of combined group showed no significant difference combined to group of plates internal fixation(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared to plates internal fixation, Kirschner wire fixation combined with external fixation for unstable distal radius fracture shows same clinical efficacy. But it shows advantages of surgical trauma, avoiding secondary operation, worthy of clinical application.关键词
