银杏达莫注射液对急性肺损伤的实验及分析
Experiment and analysis on ginkgo leaf extract and Dipyridamole injection for acute lung injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the protective effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on acute lung injury. Methods 24 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,model group and experimental group,with 8 rats in each group.The MDA,SOD,lung wet/dry weight ratio,IL-10 and TNF-a changes of three groups were observed. Results There was significant difference in the MDA among the three groups (P<0.05);Compared with the other two groups,the SOD had statistically significant difference in model group (P < 0.05).There was not significant difference in the SOD between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the lung wet/dry weight ratio among the three groups (P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the IL-10 among the three groups(P>0.05);The difference was statistically significant in the TNF-a among the three groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has significant protective effects on acute lung injury.关键词
