摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the peripheral blood cell surface tissue factor effects of low molecular weight heparin for treating acute coronary syndrome. Methods 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome accorded to the principles were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, all cases were treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group were added given low molecular weight heparin injection treatment. Results The total efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 91.25% and 71.25% respectively (P < 0.05).The peripheral blood cell surface tissue factor expression before treatment compared between the groups showed no significant difference,after treatment these values were significantly lower(P < 0.05), while inter-group compared were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Both groups during the treatment had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome has better efficacy and safety,it plays the value may be relats to reduce peripheral blood cell surface tissue factor expression.关键词
