Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of transcranial doppler for different types of migraine. Methods 120 patients with migraine admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to May 2013 were selected (70 patients with common headache and 50 patients with typical headache) and received transcranial doppler ultrasound. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the systolic blood flow velocities, diastolic blood flow velocities and pulsatility indices of vertebral artery and basilar artery (P < 0.05), but the resistance indices were not statistically different between the two groups (P>0.05). The cerebrovascular stenosis rate of the observation group was 72.0% and that of the control group was 5.7%; The observation group had significantly higher cerebrovascular stenosis rate than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnostic application of migraine, transcranial Doppler can directly detect reliable blood flow dynamic parameters, determine disease status and guide treatment.关键词
