Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical short-term efficacy of mometasone furoate cream combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group with 36 patients and the control group with 30 patients;The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups; The treatment group received mometasone furoate cream evenly applied to the affected area once/day and oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablets 3 times/day and 2 tablets/time. The control group received simple external application of mometasone furoate cream evenly applied to the affected area once/day. Results In the treatment group; 22 patients recovered, with a recovery rate of 61.1%, and 32 patients were effective, with a total effective rate of 88.9%;In the control group, 12 patients recovered, with a recovery rate of 40.0%, and 17 patients were effective, with a total effective rate of 56.7%;The treatment group and the control group had statistically different clinical efficacy (x2=13.7, P < 0.05). Conclusion Mometasone furoate cream combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets shows better clinical short-term efficacy than simple external application of mometasone furoate cream and therefore is a good method to treat chronic eczema.关键词
