普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effective mode and clinical value of pulmicort respules inhalation in the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis. Methods Ninety-two children with acute infectious laryngitis who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2012 and met the definite diagnostic requirements of acute infectious laryngitis were divided into group A and group B. Group A received conventional treatment and group B received pulmicort respules treatment. Results In group A,13 children were ineffective (28.26%),23 patients were effective (50.00%)and 10 patients were remarkably effective (21.73%),with the total effective rate of 71.74%.In group B,1 child was ineffective (2.17%),12 patients were effective (26.09%) and 33 patients were remarkably effective (71.74%),with the total effective rate of 97.87%.The two groups were significantly different in the total effective rate (P<0.05).Group B received pulmicort respules treatment and their disappearance time of hoarseness,fever,inspiratory dyspnea, inspiratory stridor,barking cough and other symptoms was significantly shorter than that of group A(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis, pulmicort respules inhalation shows fast onset and remarkable efficacy,which should be actively promoted and applied.关键词
