Efficacy observation of Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine in treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods 120 children with chronic idiopathic urticaria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group. The control group received desloratadine treatment and the treatment group received Xiaofeng powder combined with desloratadine. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The two groups were significantly different in the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine shows good efficacy in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria,thereby worthy of promotion.关键词
