全髋关节置换术与空心钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效对比分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of total hip replacement arthroplasty and cannulated screw fixation for treatment of fracture of neck of femur. Methods Clinical data of 40cases with fracture of neck of femur were retrospectively analyzed. 20 cases were treated by total hip replacement arthroplasty, and 20 cases were treated by cannulated screw fixation. Clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results Operative time of group of replacement was longer than that of group of cannulated screw fixation, and amount of bleeding was more than that of group of cannulated screw fixation(P < 0.01). Postoperative activities on fields, mean healing time and hospital stays of group of total hip replacement arthroplasty were earler than those of group of cannulated screw fixation(P < 0.01). Excellent rate of group of total hip replacement arthroplasty was higher than that of group of cannulated screw fixation(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared to cannulated screw fixation, total hip replacement arthroplasty for fracture of neck of femur shows better clinical, postoperative recover faster. But it shows extensive operation,long operation time, and large bloodletting volume.关键词
