抑癌基因PTEN在卵巢癌中表达的研究
Study of expression of cancer suppressor gene PTEN in ovarian cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the PTEN protein expression in ovarian cancer tissue and the clinicopathological factors. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the PTEN protein expression in 67 cases of ovarian cancer tissue, 25 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissue and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results Of the 67 cases of ovarian cancer tissue, 35 cases presented positive expression; 22 cases of benign ovarian tumor presented positive expression;All normal ovarian tissue presented positive expression, with significant correlation between them (P < 0.05). The PTEN protein expression had significant correlation to the pathological grading, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer (P<0.05), but had no significant correlation to the histological pattern of ovarian cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion Positive expression and expression loss of PTEN protein are of significant clinical value for evaluating the malignancy degree, metastasis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.关键词
