Abstract
Acrylamide is the raw material of production of polyacrylamide, trace amounts of acrylamide is introduced during cosmetic processing process. Acrylamide is a kind of prohibited substances in cosmetics due to the potential nerve toxicity and carcinogenicity, the quantity of acrylamide is also to be considered a marker of cosmetic quality. The properties, applications and toxicity of acrylamide in cosmetics are reviewed briefly. The sample pretreatment and determination methods of acrylamide in cosmetic, such as gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry are introduced. The tendency in the determination of acrylamide in cosmetic is predicted, Tandem mass spectrometry, such as GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, will be the development of technology to determinate acrylamide in complicated cosmetic.关键词
