两种动脉采血法在新生儿科应用中的比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of radial artery and femoral artery blood sampling method which were used to neonatology.Methods 200 cases of children were randomly divided into observation and control group(each of 100 cases),who received treatment in our pediatric NICU. Radial artery blood method was taken to collect blood samples of observation group,and femoral artery blood method was taken to collect blood samples of control group. Results Successful rate of puncture of observation group was Significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Vein strayed rate was Significantly lower than control group(P <0.05).Proportion of hematoma or ecchymosis was lower than control group(P<0.05). Severe pain was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Puncture time of observation group was also significantly shorter than the control group,with a statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with femoral artery blood,adverse effects on children of radial artery blood is significantly smaller. Its advantages conclude convenient operation,safety,simple and puncture success rate,which is worthy of application.关键词
