Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of functional gastrointestinal disorder associated with autonomic nervous dysfunction and the diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods 400 cases of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases associated with autonomic nervous dysfunction which received outpatient service or were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2005 to November 2005 were selected. The statistics and analysis of symptoms and signs of the autonomic nervous dysfunction were carried out. And according to the severity degree,the symptoms and signs were divided into three levels of light, medium and heavy and compared with anxiety/depression score.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and individualized and stepwise treatment was used for the patients in the treatment group according to the different degrees; while only symptomatic treatment was used for the patients in the control group. All the cases were followed up for at least six months. Results The effect of individualized and stepwise treatment was better than the symptomatic treatment in the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Autonomic nervous dysfunction is an important and common complication of functional gastrointestinal disease. Different patients have different severity degrees, which is closely related to the anxiety/depression emotion.Therefore,the individualized treatment should be used as well as the stepwise treatment according to the dysfunction degree to produce a good clinical effect.The condition of functional gastrointestinal disease will be improved with the corresponding improvement of treatment.关键词
