Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical features and diagnostic and therapeutic methods of febrile seizure in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 200 children with febrile seizure who received treatment in our hospital from July 2009 to June 2013. Results All those children were cured and discharged after active treatment.153 out of the 200 children were followed for at least 1 year.Relapse of febrile seizure was observed in 51 children,with relapse rate of 33.3%. Conclusion Full awareness of the clinical features of febrile seizure in children and rational and effective diagnosis and treatment are critical to ensure good prognosis and reduce adverse sequela.关键词
