Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012 were selected and assigned to the experimental group receiving laparoscopic surgery treatment and the control group receiving open surgery treatment according to the surgical method. The experimental group had 35 patients and the experimental group had 33 patients. The efficacy of the two surgical methods was compared through observing the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative first exhaust time, first ambulation time and length of hospital stay of the two groups. Results Observation and statistical analysis showed that the surgery of both groups went successfully and none transferred to open surgery. The two groups were not significantly different in the operative time, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05); But the experimental group was better than the control group in the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative first exhaust time, first ambulation time and length of hospital stay, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, laparoscopic surgery has high safety, small incision, fast postoperative recovery and high patient satisfaction, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
