脐部病灶面罩吹氧佐治新生儿脐炎疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of local oxygen through a mask in the treatment of newbon omphalitis. Methods 124 patients of newbon omphalitis were equally divided into two groups according to admission order.The odd numbers were control group and even numbers were observing group.The controls were treated with antibiotics and conventional navel nursing twice a day. In addition, the observing group were given 15 minutes nasel oxygen therapy through a mask after every conventional nursing. Total effective rate of two groups was compaired after 72 hours of treatment. Results Total effective rate was 88.7% in observing group and 74.2% in contrls. There has statistical diference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Local oxygen therapy of newborn omphalitis through a mask have significant efect in shorting healing time, it is worthy of further practice and apply.关键词
