Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone or gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 149 patients diagnosed with endometriosis in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into three groups. The treatment groups were the laparoscopy combined with mifepristone group(n=60) and the laparoscopy combined with gestrinone group(n=60);The control group was the simple laparoscopic treatment group(n=29). The clinical treatment effects, postoperative recurrence, endocrine changes, incidences of adverse effects and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rates of the treatment groups increased significantly compared to the effective rate of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The two treatment groups were not significantly different in the between-group treatment effects, endocrine indicators(FSH, LH, P, E2, etc.) and incidences of side effects. Conclusion In the treatment of endometriosis, laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone or gestrinone is safe and reliable and shows preferable clinical efficacy, suitable for clinical promotion.关键词
