血浆D-二聚体与纤维蛋白原在下肢深静脉血栓中的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT). Methods 52 patients with suspected DVT were selected to be carried out the test on plasma DD and FIB :and calculated d-dimer/fibrinogen ratio(D/F values).According to color doppler ultrasonography examination results determined diagnosis. At the same time: 50 healthy subjects were in the control group. Results The plasma DD and FIB levels and D/F values in DVT group were significantly higher than that of the healthy control group:the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). The plasma DD and FIB levels and D/F values in DVT group were higher than those in non-DVT group:and there was significant difference(P<0.01). The sensitivity of D/F values:DD and FIB were respectively 98%,94%,85%.The D/F values had higher sensitivity than the DD or FIB increased in the diagnosis of DVT. Conclusion The testing of plasma DD:FIB and D/F values could improve the specificity in DVT diagnosis and had important clinical significance on the early diagnosis of DVT.关键词
