Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Thirty-eight patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the study subjects and all received hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Overall and comprehensive nursing intervention was strengthened. Results Of the 38 selected patients, the total effective rate was 94.7% and no severe adverse events occurred. Compared to before intervention, all the indicators of life quality after intervention improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the overall nursing intervention of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning can ensure the successful implementation of treatment, is conducive to improve the clinical effects and can improve the patients’quality of life, which is of high application value and worthy of wide promotion.关键词
