Abstract
Objective To further understand the features of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in our hospital,guarantee public drug use safety and provide reference for clinical drug use and safety regulation. Methods 196 cases of adverse reaction reports of our hospital in 2011 were analyzed statistically. Results Most drugs causing adverse drug reactions were antimicrobial drugs,of which the majority was cephalosporins,followed by quinolones.Adverse drug reactions were more common in male than female, and the elderly over the age of 60 were prone to adverse drug reactions.The most common drug administration route was the intravenous route. Conclusion Extra attention should be paid to the drug use for the elderly;Intravenous administration should be avoided as possible.关键词
