鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods 110 patients with chronic sinusitis were admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013, they were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 55 cases, the control group was given nasal outer diameter of the traditional road surgery treatment, the observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery treatment, the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in control group of 87.3%was significantly less than that of the observation group (94.5%), compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total complication rate in control group was 5.45%, it was significantly less than 14.54% of the observation group, the compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopy for the treatment of chronic sinusitis is better, and it has low complication rates.关键词
