门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids in the outpatient department. Methods Eighty patients with internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the lots drawing method. The 40 patients of the control group received hospitalization surgical treatment and the 40 patients of the treatment group received outpatient surgical treatment. All patients received automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment. The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective treatment rate of the treatment group was 97.5% and that of the control group was 95.0%, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 10.0%and that of the control group was 7.5%, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The treatment cost of the treatment group was (1840.5±147.4) yuan and that of the control group was (5289.4±378.2) yuan, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment in the outpatient department has comparative clinical effects and incidence of postoperative complications to the hospitalization treatment, but it can significantly reduce the treatment cost,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
