Abstract
Objective To compare the traumatic degrees of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and thoracotomy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods Seventy patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received thoracotomy treatment and the observation group received video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. The IL-6 and α1-AT changes in the patients'serum and thoracic liquids of the two groups were compared. Results On postoperative day 1 and day 3, the IL-6 andα1-AT in serum and thoracic liquids of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of lung cancer,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery causes smaller traumatic degree than open thoracotomy.关键词
