摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosuvastatin compared with simvastatin in treatment of patients with hypercholesterolemia. Methods 120 cases elderly patients with hypercholesterolemia in our hospital were divided into the Rosuvastatin Group and the Simvastatin Group,and 60 cases in each group. To observe the curative effects of lipid lowering and medication safety through to compare with the two group. Results The serum lipid levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment.The rosuvastatin group after treatment of TC and LDL-C levels were significantly lower than the simvastatin group(P<0.05).TC and LDL-C levels of the two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).Patients of the two groups were no serious adverse the reaction, while creatine kinase,the function of liver and kidney,blood and urine routine were normal. Conclusion rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the LDL-C level in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia,and it has the hypolipidemic effect and drug safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
