Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing method and clinic effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 40 cases with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from January 2009 to December 2013 were divided into two groups,each 20 cases, the observation group were implemented the nursing intervention in this research,the control group were implemented routine care, then changes in vital signs and complications occur were compared in the two groups. Results The heart rate of the intervention group(102.3±3.8) Times/min was slower than before(125.6±6.1)Times/min (P < 0.05), mean arterial pressure of the intervention group(81.2±4.5)mm Hg was higher than before(76.3±4.2)mm Hg (P < 0.05),the average arterial pressure of the intervention group(98.6±5.8)mm Hg was higher than before(75.3±4.1)mm Hg and the control group(81.2±4.5) mm Hg (P<0.05),allergic reaction,coagulation disorders and decreased body temperature rate were less than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing method of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can better ensure the circulatory function with stable and reduce the complications.关键词
