摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing care of closed thoracic drainage in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods The nursing process and experience of 126 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax of in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the treatment of closed thoracic drainage, 8 cases of 126 patients leave the hospital with a discharge pipe, one case died because of thoracic massive hemorrhage, 117 cases were cured, indwelling time of drainage tube were 7-132 days,with an average of 14 days. By thoracic drainage and postoperative care after extubation, patients and their families can be very good with treatment and care to achieve the purpose. Conclusion If the patient has dyspnea, who were diagnosed as spontaneous pneumothorax, we should strengthen the nursing care of closed thoracic drainage, so as to reduce the incidence of complications, promote early recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
